No previous Tagalog experience is required. Lessons are personalized to your level, goals and learning pace.

Where are the lessons held?
Lessons are conducted online through Google Meet, so you can learn from anywhere.
Are the lessons one-on-one?
Yes. Each lessons is private and personalized to your individual learning goals.
Do I need to know Tagalog already?
No. Complete beginners are welcome. Your instructor will adjust the lesson to your current level. We usually do assessment to know which level you need to start from if you desire to do that.
What happens after I purchase a package?
You’ll receive instructions for scheduling your lesson and your Meeting Link details.
For package purchases, you will receive a link to schedule next lesson after the completion of first lesson. You can also follow up with your instructor after your 1st lesson is completed.
Can I reschedule my lesson?
Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy
Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time without losing a lesson credit. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the lesson and no-shows will count as one used lesson. If Balai Central or the instructor needs to cancel, your lesson credit will not be deducted.
Late arrivals will not extend the scheduled 34-minute lesson.

Ready for your next Tagalog lesson? If you purchased a 5-Lesson or 10-Lesson Package, schedule your next session. You should have received the link after your 1st lesson is complete, so you should be able to schedule your session/s accordingly. If not, please remind your instructor about it.
For active package holders only. Each scheduled lesson will be deducted from your remaining lesson credits every after a completed lesson.
